This is great. I had a group of friends that did this. It’s good to cut out sometimes especially for weight purposes. During summer it’s a bit hard. I, however, had to go dry when I found out I got pregnant. I had no choice. LOL. We didn’t plan the pregnancy either but we are grateful!

I am doing a 28-day prayer & fast. So January is a “dry” month for me! I have to say it easier than I thought I would be:) I swear I am not a drunk LOL but I do like my nightly glass of red while watching bad TV. Good Luck on your dry month. Support is important and also sharing with others what you’re doing too

I decided to not drink anymore. It’s hard because people always pressure you to drink when you go out for dinner.

Another thing is that I have always to say that no, i’m not pregnant, it’s just that I feel better when I’m not hangover lol

Good luck to everybody who tries to stop drinking it’s not easy but you can do it and you will feel so much better!
